Welcome to The Brand Studio. By purchasing services, accessing our website, or engaging with our business, you agree to the following terms:

 

Services:

• Services must be paid in full or through approved payment plans before project delivery.

• Timelines for service completion (e.g., websites, branding, content) are agreed upon at project start. Delays in providing necessary materials may result in project delays and/or additional charges.

• All services are non-transferable.

Payments:

• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Afterpay (6% tax), invoice via email.

• All invoices will be issued under our previous company name, Behind The Screens Marketing Inc, until 2026 due to an ongoing legal entity name change.

Project Ownership:

• Final files and deliverables are released after full payment is received.

• The Brand Studio retains the right to showcase finished work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Communication:

• Projects require timely communication and collaboration from both parties. Lack of response or missed deadlines may affect the service timeline or result in cancellation without refund.
